This implies, it can be used in the treatment of almost any disease! Here are some home remedies... Gas : Munch on fresh ginger with salt or boil a piece of ginger(crushed) in water and add a teaspoon of honey and drink it. You can also make a regular tea with ginger and cumin seeds added. Another method is to add grated ginger, honey and a squeeze of lemon to boiled water and let it steep for ten minutes, and then have. Flu symptoms: Take a tablespoon of honey, add one teaspoon of ginger juice or two pinch of dried ginger powder. Add two pinch turmeric and two pinch pepper powder. Mix well and savour it as you slowly swallow little by little. Its a delicious remedy for cold, cough, congestion and phlegm. Can be given to babies above one year old, if they are willing to have it. Nausea: Ginger can treat pregnancy nausea as well as motion sickness. But during pregnancy, have a tea in morning or evening is enough. Do not have more as ginger has heating property. So enjoy the benefits of this wonderful spice and stay healthy mommies!!!

My brother in law's marriage is on the way. Next month. I am pleading my daughter to sleep for sometime. So that we wont have dark circles around our eyes. She will laugh☺️
