#healthyhome#weaningrecipe I was thinking of steaming carrots for my baby, when I suddenly thought why not make it more interesting. So this I totally invented on the go, I don't know if such a recipe exists, maybe it does, because carrots and dates are such a great combo! This includes carrots, dates and wheat. It is super easy and quick. You need:
1 carrot (grated)
2 dates (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon ghee
4-5 tablespoon wheat(add more wheat according to requirement) Method:-
In a kadhai add the ghee. Saute the grated carrot till it becomes a little cooked. Add the dates and mix well. Add a little water and cook. Remove from flame, add the wheat and make into soft dough like for parathas. Roll the parathas, and grease a pan and cook the parathas. Serve hot. You can also glaze it with a little sugar syrup for older babies and kids. My baby as well as his visiting cousins(who are 10-13 year olds) enjoyed it.
