Half; cup; sooji
Half cup; curd
Finely chopped Onions
salt according to taste Mix the oats,; sooji curd,; onions and salt.; Add water to; form a thick; consistency.; Heat a pan and; spread the batter in small circle as it will be easy to flip and it won't break. If you want you can cover it with a lid. The flame should be; medium.; Once cooked flip over to the other side.; You can serve it with; coconut chutney,; tomato; chutney,; podi chutney; (dry; dal; chutney ) or sambhar. I added; finely chopped green; chilly for my uttappam. Notes:add; vegetables like; carrot,; French beans,; capsicum. Instead of; sooji you can even add rice; flour.

Naiiiiceee..my MIL makes such a thing with chawal ka aanta called as chilla! Also she makes pesarattu with green moong dal..
