Hi Shivam....heart burn is a common problem during pregnancy, the growing and stretching uterus compresses the stomach causing heart burn. Follow a few simple tips to keep the gastric trouble away...1. drink lots of water. 2. Avoid very spicy food on a daily basis. 3. Eat smaller meals at regular intervals instead of one big meal at a time. 4. After every meal have some snauf or ajwain or Jeera. 5. A 5 min walk after every meal is a good option. 6.
