a baby's digestive system is still developing. its a new born after all. its difficult for babies... but rest assured they will be fine in a few months. pls do not get medicines or janam ghuti or gripe water. therr is no need for all this. burp baby after every feed give tummy time when massaging move legs in cycling motion. all these will help in movement of gas. let the child grow as he is intended to by nature.
