Hello all, am having stomach upset, loose motion and mild back pain from the morning.. I am feeling very hungry, Becoz of loose motions I have taken very light food (curd rice).. What to do??? Any home remedy??

hi lavanya u can eat apples, bread is binding - hv very sparsely buttered toast or dip unbuttered toast in dal soup. sooji rusk is good. marie biscuits are binding. even dry roti with dahi or dal shud be okay. u can always have another round of curd rice - sprinkle some jeera powder on it - thats what i do. tc. use a hot water bottle for ur back.

lavanya I used to experience upset tummy during the final weeks of my pregnancy too.  I used to eat healthy and maintain my regular exercise.  pain in the body is also normal.  <font color ="#3b5998"><b> @616d51e8ca67e40013aa9222 </b></font>would you like to add?
