Hello all, I have been asked to  perform yoga for easy Labour by my gyno. In my last class I did few Stretches from then on I started getting light pain at the vagina (tightness) feeling discomfort to turn aside, sitting in padmasana position. Becoz of that am feeling very tired (light feverish). How to relieve the pain.??Please do tell me. 😣😣😣

I think you can continue. But take it slow. There should never any sharp piercing kind of pain. A dull ache is fine. But you can always have a word with your doctor just to be sure :)
