hello all, i m having a cramp type pain on my left thigh continuesly .. specially when i seat below fan it increases i don't know what its called... anyone facing the same...

please guide .. do i need to inform my gync .. pls advise on urgent basis.. as this pain is just on my thick skin of front thigh ..n i can't bear it...
