Hello All I m in my second trimester...I am working woman n i do all basic household chores .Apart from this i am not left with any time or energy for walk or yoga..Do i still need to go for walk..?? According to me m already doin Work n m active .

yes, ur daily routine is diffrent from a workout. do any that is possible, even a 15-20 minute will be good early morning or after dinner.
