Hello all since morning my stomach getting tight...suffering from constipation from two days... What to do?any problem?

Drink water ,juices and coconut water . You can take 3 teaspoonfuls of psyllium husk( isabgol) with warm milk at bed tym . It has no side effects . My gynec suggested me for this .

ItS normal. Drink lot of water. eat lil after every 2 hrs. Have fruits;

Dear it is common that you experience constipation in pregnancy..drink a lot of water..have fibrous foods..have dates they help relieve constipation..also avoid too much spicy or oily food..have little walk if you doctor said it is ok..have curd
