hello all...mera 27week chal raha h or mera hb 9.1 hai ..kya mujhe iron ki tblet leni chahiye...but dr n nhi di mujhe...pls tell??

one date doesn't harm...plus have 3 soaked muneka ( bada raisin look) ...5soaked almonds...2soaked walnuts...make this early morning routine life...!!!have Alma also...ull feel the difference...!!
