hello all..my baby tends to sleep more at day than the night and he used to feed more at night...so in order to meet the demand I used to express my breast milk and feed him at night..I wanted to know wether this is exclusive breast feeding and once breast milk is taken out of refrigerator how long it can stay at room temperature for feed ? please help

This is exclusive breast feeding. It can stay at room temperature for about four hours. Why don't you awaken baby and feed baby more often during the day. Slowly the baby will get into the pattern of feeding more often during the day and sleeping more in the night.
