hii.. its actually good to bf ur baby in fever.it boosts immunity in them...My gyneac doc. told me dis. when once i suffered fever.

u can breast feed no problem. For gastritis u cn take milk or curd... it reduces the pain. make sure u eat food in time, avoid spicy food for some time.
