Hello doc.. my baby is 4 month old, he is going poty 7 to 8 time in day.. yesterday I gave him grip water today also doing same... Pls suggest. His poty is in loose liquid in yellow colour and and after every feed he is doing same. And some time his poty is in foam base... Pls suggest
