I give the following and it works as a miracle. Wash 2 or 3 ajwain leaves and wipe it with clean cloth. Heat kadai and place the ajwain leaves on the kadai. It will turn colour, remove and squeeze the juice add little honey (if the baby is 1 plus or add Jaggery ) and give it to baby thrice a day for 3 days.
