Hi no you cant find if the heart beat has stopped or not. This condition is called missed abortion, I had it in 2012, please go for TORCH test, toxoplasma, rubella, cmv and Herpes. These are uterus centric viruses , this will lead to missed abortion. Taking treatment helps. So discuss with your gynecologist.

No discharge nothing .. But heart beat stops in 8-9 weeks..my history... with out any signs... So will the pregnancy test kit help in 8-9 weeks? I get to know only in the next scan so....
