I jad miscarriage in May after 9 weeks and undergone MTP on 31 May. Today I got my natural first periods after surgical abortion. I am feeling pain in my lower body including heavy pain in stomach and legs. Can I take medicine for pain like MEFTAL SPAS. Plz suggest asap
