Hello everyone. From past few days I feel an acidic sensation for couple of hours after meals. Replacing the three main meals a day with smaller meals is something that is practically difficult. Can someone please suggest anything that I should eat/drink to alleviate this. I'm not eating anything spicy/fatty/outside food.

Drink lots of water ..avoid spicy food and take small walks. <br>
Banana and cold milk help cure acidity..ajwain and saunf too help..tc

Drink warm jeera boiled water instead of regular water. It helped me a lot. I had similar issue

Part of pregnancy and difficult to avoid all this, instead of regular water drink ajwain boiled water. Have gulkand mixed in warm milk and drink.
