hello everyone .. i am 22 weeks preganant and i have done a colour dropper ultrasound yesterday.. in ultrasound AFI (Amiontic fluid index )is 21cm and its mild polyhyroamiontic.. i have read about that its is 1 out of 500 pregnancy and rarely seen... it is about something serious condition or normal .. plz give me some suggestion .. how it will going normal
nothing serious.. these are common problems.. dont worry

firstly discuss with your doctor and get your blood sugar tests done.. avoid more consumption of sugar items, carbohydrates, cheese, butter, bakery items
