Hello everyone! I am 24 weeks pregnant. I feel exhausted and drained out of energy after my regular workouts. I am a fitness enthusiast and have been very active before my pregnancy also. But nowadays when I come back from a 20-min swim or 30-m walk, I experience leg pain and a lot of body tiredness. Please advise. Thank you!

This is normal to feel tiredness during pregnancy. Why don't you try soaking legs in slight warm water.. it helped me alot in my pregnancy. I used to even add mamaearth Epsom salt which is made specially for preggo ladies to relive from the pain in the legs

Hey it's quite normal dear...you drink enough water and fresh fruits and vegetables.. <br> Don't strain yourself do within your comfort zone...relax ...
