Hello everyone, I am 27 weeks pregnent and am experiencing extreme weakness around 9 am for about 2-3hrs in the morning almost everyday, my bp goes down suddenly n i feel fatigue n  huge tiredness. I wake up at 5:30 in the morning n hav soaked almond within half hour thereafter i began my household chorus. but later on feel too weak to even sit. Can anyone tell me why is it happening to me , I had been very super active in the past but from the last one week feelong so helpless. Plz suggest something , really need some advice on this issue. Thanks.

She might take hemoglobin test. If iron level is low then she might give you iron tablets. Eat healthy food and take good rest dear.

Weakness is common in pregnancy. Please take your supplements of folic acid, calcium properly. By what time you will have your breakfast? Having soaked almonds and a glass of water is good to begin with. But you need to eat frequently and also take rest also. Don't stand for long and work. Take break from work every hour..sit and relax.
