expressed milk can b stored at room temp for about 4 hours.. as it is too hot don't keep it outside.. keep in refrigerator.. you can store in feeding bottles or even some pouches do come.. keep in mind not to heat milk directly.. keep the  bottle in a utensil full of hot water..
