Eat healthy, no dieting, avoid oily, spicy and junk food totally. And yes mainly avoid sugar and sugar rich carbohydrate diet like rice. As you are more prone to gestational diabetes in later stage of pregnancy.

During pregnancy I would not suggest that diet. Best would be to meet ur gynac who would be able to tell u about; proper weight management..;

Please talk to your gynaecologist about the diet plan for you and moreover you cannot expect to lose more weight when you are pregnant.

Plz pregnancy is not time for dieting just eat healthy and avoid oily and too much fatty stuff so that you gain only healthy weight in limit and do walk

If you are pregnant, you CANNOT DIET. Talk to your gynecologist and nutritionist about a relevant diet plan and proper weigh management.
