Hello everyone. My son will be 3 next month. He is doing watery stools since 4 days.initially doc gave him zinconia and progermina. yesterday I consulted again and he gave zifi syrup and unobiotics.also he is having frequent fever. Please help me what to do. He has done nearly eight times watery potty since morning
