hello everyone since yesterday i am having bad stomach i feel somthing hot frm mah stomach till throat feeling gulgul as if i am hungry even aftr 10 min of eating having burps vomitted twice since evening i took cold milk still same wat to do plss help really urgent

during pregnancy, acidity is faced by many womens. all you can do is<br> 1. avoid spicy and fried food.<br> 2. keep yourself hydrated all the day.<br> 3. includes more of fruits and veggies in your diet.<br> 4. do walking after eating food.<br> 5. dont sleep or lay down after eating food.<br> 6. take small meals but avoid heavy meals in thr night.<br> all the best.

eat fruits, have coconut water... whether nausea or acidity , if u have some more liquid then u will feel better

Take lime water or coconut water every morning on empty stomach. Avoid spicy and fried foods. Take small frequent meals. Have atleast 1 bowl of curd <u>ever</u>yday. Walk for 10 min after every meal. Drink atleast 4 liters of water everyday. You will never face acidity throughout pregnancy.

it's normal nothg to worry try having lime water ..if u feeling hungry every 10 mins have dry fruits ..continue ur fruits specially apple will also help in making stomach full for long time. and if u r getting tht worried n uneasy plz discuss with ur <u>doc</u>

noops not at all till yesterday i was takin only fruits juice milk dats it cnt consume rice chappatti at all feels like will <u>vomit</u>
