This remedy is called trikatu. It is for adults and immediate cure to cough and cold.
Take the following ingredients
One spoon ghee

One spoon saunth powder

One spoon black pepper powder

One spoon piprimul powder

Two spoons jaggery
Heat ghee in small kadai and roast the following ingredients. Add jaggery to it and mix.
Have this in a lukewarm state. You will get immediate relief in cough and cold.
