Hello everyone..I am bit lazy and i dont really walk..so i want to know by which month can i start walking?or in which month it is necessary to walk?

and you can continue walking till whenever it is comfortable.  try and stay active

you can start to walk any day. it's mainly advised so that pelvic muscles stay active and delivery is less painful as Ur muscles as relaxed and stretched out. walking also helps reduction of swelling and sore feet

walking and being active during pregnancy is very helpful.. you should start walks for almost 30 minutes twice a day..
