This quick snack can be whipped up in a matter of minutes and is substantial enough to hold till dinner time. Do ensure that the oil is not too much; non stick pan are best.
Protein- egg
Carb-roti
Fats- a little oil used to cook the omelette and the egg has its inherent fat content too.
Vitamins and minerals- vegetables; in the omelette. # Sprouted raita and Methi roti## A wonderfully high- protein, low - fat snack, this meal combo has s delicious micro and macronutrient balance. In addition to the sprouts, do pepper the raita with fresh raw cut vegetables . Again, like with the above recipe, be a miser with the oil while making the methi roti.
