Hello friends.. i am 29 weekd and 4 days pregnant.. this is my 1st pregnancy.. i have one concern. I; feel very heavy at evening and night..i couldn't be able to take good meal at dinner time through out my pregnancy...
Through out my pregnancg ,i m suffering from evening sickness ...now days it improved..but still every night having vomit...😵 ... please suggest me how to get rid of it and is it going to be till my last day of pregnancy ?; Mine pregnancy is very tough..

Hi jyotika muje bhi vomiting ki problem h m morning and evening dono time doxinate leti hu and kabhi jayada vomiting ho to ondem 8 bhi leti hu aap Dr.; Se consult krke doxinate evening me bhi suru chalu kr dijiye <br>
After every meal go for walk .

Hi Jyotika I was having this same problem.; Please consult Dr regarding dosage of the medicine doxinate. I used to to have early dinner and avoided walking and moving around after that. Dont lie down immediately after meal. I used to make my bed take two three pillows and sit with support and listen to music and; be stress free.

Thank you so much friends for suggetions... i take my dinner within 8:30pm... which is very very light ( small bowl of rice and boil potato etc; ). And i also take doxinate.. ..In the morning i feel very good... but after my breakfast i started feel bad..and till evening it felt like i am having two babies i; my belly.😖

Hey trying having early dinner and maybe a few minutes of walking. Also try to eat non gassy oily and spicy food. Try dal khichadi or dal rice or something light dear. Feeling heavy or fuller is normal in pregnancy. And as suggested by Asha do try n consult ur gyenac to give u some anti vomitting medicine or alternative. Take care.
