hey better is to consult the doctor. she will recommend antenatal class where you can learn the exercise after discussing your history with the expert. also dont do any exercise without asking your doctor. walking is fine during pregnancy.

Slowing you can do yoga, pilates, slow aerobics.....<br> Please avoid- <br> backbends<br> poses that twist the abdomen<br> any position where your feet are over your head, such as headstands<br> lying on your back<br> Bikram or &#8220;hot&#8221; yoga<br> Note- Please consult your doctor before doing any exercise. <br> If you feel low while doing these than avoid and switch to walking.
