Hello friends .. I am currently in my week 28 and having severe case of hemorrhoids.. I have tried almost everything .. I have consulted a surgeon also who gave me a gel (LoX 2% gel and Siloderm) and taking homeopathy medicine also .. nothing is helping .. please help me
