Hello friends.. i m 13 week pregnant and m suffering with acidity problem, i feel my stomach heavy n bloated like something hard inside it also i feel nausea after eating meal, headache, vomit n pain, cannot digest meal properly, even m having homemade food everyday but the condition is same, please suggest me what to do to avoid acidity.

well...please discuss with your doctor...and yes cold milk after&nbsp; food <u>works</u>..but every body is a different biology...so you better consult your gynaecologist to find right solution..

hello i m 16 weeks pregnant i also face the same problem so my doctor suggested me gelusil liquid its very helpful but drink lots of water and dont lie on bed just after taking meal. take a walk.

avoid spicy food<br> have vanilla icecream<br> have almonds <br> have a cup of milk sip sip<br> i eat 1 banana after food which helps me to manage acidity<br>

ya sounds normal. drink loads of water and have foods that are high in fiber. have a bowl of salad twice a day. take fruits as well. for me cold milk worked for acidity. if its severe, pls meet ur doctor.
