Europe where you are going - few places are very cold so better you put diaper to baby... keep taking baby for susu potty whenever you get chance... for food you can give puréed fruits / carry cerelac kind mix or whatever you are feeding by 1 year... curd milk rice fruits all can be given to one year old baby... you will baby food there also... carry pram / stroller so it’s easy to manage and you enjoy your trip as well... in flight carry baby favourite toy or something to keep her busy.. try to take bassinet seats in flight so that way you can put her in bassinet and you can sit easily...
