hello frndz ...I regularly take zhandu nityam tablet for constipation past two years . Now it's my 4 th month of pregnancy my gynec suggested me that I can continue the same tablet or gerbisa 2 tablets daily . I m confused ..what to do . is there any harm to baby if I use any luxative ? plz help me
