Hello,

Good afternoon..

I m gaining too much weight nowadays..my weight is 76 n my height is 5.4..

I do exercise too n I m doing all the household...plss suggest some tips to reduce my weight.....

Hey twinkal . do not stress. start with balancing your diet. include nutrient rich foods like healthy smoothies, nuts, seeds, fruits , eggs in your breakfast followed by protein rich meal, avoid processed and fried foods, as per your dinner add more of salads, soups, green veggie, lentils, beans with roti or khichdi . start with yoga on daily basis and gradually shift to exercising . keep your self hydrated and always control your meal portion. if you need some specific weight loss smoothies if recipes you can check my profile for it . that might help you
