hi ashwaini, baby will not get cold if you will maintain proper hygeine and precautions and if your breast feeding no worries as your antibodies will be transferred to baby for protection. now you please do following and take care - take medicine after advise from gynaecologist as your breast feeding, natural home remedies like tulsi tea,lemon and honey in warn water you can take for relief with garlic ., nebolize or steam your self for faster recovery, wash your hand regular ly to avoid passing of infections, wear mask to avoid any droplets of sneezing to baby, take care your dress is also clean from cough . take care get well <u>soon</u>
