painless just means that ur baby wont suffer the pain after the vaccination has happend BUT it is NOT as effective compared to a painful one. painful vaccinations provide better longer immunity to the child. i dont think you would want to compromise on child's immunity over the temporary pain.

hi
as a pediatrician I would recommend that your baby receive at least two doses of the painful vaccine as that is more effective than the painless

painless vaccine is very easy. I once got the pain vaccine for my baby. she was quiet n dull for one whole day. with slight temperature. it is not very stressful. but I was a little disturbed by my baby looking dull so got painless only later for the next vaccine. also baby did wake up crying in the night because of the pain. n was clingy the whole night.
