Hello! I am 20 weeks pregnant and not able to sleep at night before 3. Sometimes when I do, I wake up at 4-5 a.m. While it's ok during weekends, working weekdays are extremely tiring. Is it normal to suffer from insomnia at this stage?

Yes it's completely normal.. I couldn't sleep my last two month completely and so hungry tht was eating at mid nights.. It's due to enxiety and hormonal changes.. My Little one was kicking me hard throughout nights so tht was also a reason :)

It's really common & exhausting at the same time. Try to take warm milk before bed, keep away all your gadgets and take rest. Hope it helps😃

was also the story of my pregnancy! I knew no sleep all night long! I guess it's nature's way of preparing you for the sleepless nights for when the baby comes . haha all the luck ! bundle up on your books and YouTube
