Your fever should not cross 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Paracetamol is safe to take at an interval of six hours. However you must consult your doctor as fever is only a symptom and the cause needs to get treated. Paracetamol will only give symptomatic relief and not cure the problem.

its better to avoid paracetamol during pregnancy..and try some natural techniques to resist the fever.pacecetamol tablets are harmfull to the baby.
