in 29 weeks pregnancy if your Placenta is low lying with little bleeding than your doctor must have given you for injections and also a medicine to take daily I will request you to share your ultrasound report as a prescription and do tag me the way Rebecca has tagged

It keeps your foot elevated so it may help you but sleeping in elevated position will help you more.
