Raat me khana khaaney ke baad tehaley..also bhuna ajwain lijiye garam.paani ke saath..soney see pehley munakka lijiye garam dood ke saath..and ekdum so nai..also left ki taraf try karey soney kaa..oily and spicy food avoid karey...saldas and curd lijiye diet me..also water and baaki fluids

Aap subah uth ke brush kar k kuch khaaye... Bhukhe na rahe...tehle aur garam paani piye... Thoda thoda kar k din me khaate rahe.. khaane me dahi, chaas wagerah shamil kare... Raat ko sone k kam se kam 2 ghante pehle khana kha le...Kuch light khaaye...Sote waqt doodh pi skte hai.. Jyada masala aur tel wala na khaaye... Paani khoob piye.
