In the first trimester, me too experienced hair fall as I was anaemic. Later my haemoglobin level was improved and had good hair growth. Pls take iron rich food & iron tablets if your doctor has prescribed...

It is Hormonal. Pls do continue to practice good hair care as you usually do. <br> <span style="color:#3B5998;"><b><a href="http://app.babychakra.com/article/2466">4 Simple Steps To Naturally Beautiful Hair!</a></b></span>

Don't worry in pregnancy hair fall happens but it doesn't seem that we stop caring about our hair. U can try mamaearth hair MASC and root restore hair oil which is helpful in hair fall .

Actually it all depends on your hormones. Hair growth in pregnancy is due to the iron supplements. But hair loss is also seen in some women. Don't worry. Massage your hair with coconut oil regularly. If you can then apply egg mixed with castor oil and a little honey and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it off. It will stop as you proceed into your pregnancy
