I am suffering from severe hip bone pain..

I went through a normal delivery 2months back..

Is it due to labour pain or something else...

If it is due to labour pain how long it will stay for ???

It will slowly reduce dear. Please get suggestions from your gyno. Continue with your supplements. Even I had similar pain. It will take time to get back to normal.
