Hello, I feel extremely tired, sleepy in my 34 weeks.. I wake up at 10 then feel dizzy like hell after breakfast, sometimes after lunch also.. If I keep sleeping for 2 hours a day and resting on bed, won't it affect on final day? I also do 45 mins yoga 3 times a week.. And 30 min walk everyday.. But no house work.. I'm worried for my laziness

Hey dear it happens bcoz of hormonal changes don't worry I was on complete bedrest till my delivery but I delivered normally so there is no need to take tension plz continue walking n yoga that is also enough

Just rest, don't think of other things. 30 plus week is like that, by 37 week you will be nesting and you will do all possible house work and end with back pain.

Hi it's ok . Rest if ur tired . Speak to ur doc also regarding the fatigue ur feeling . Move around in ur house as much as u can .
