You can have lots of vegetables,  fruits and  lentils. If you are a  non vegetarian eat boiled or half fried eggs,  fishes.

Hi Prachi, You can eat everything,  take more  vegetables and spinach,  lot of fruits.., thos will help ur baby's health as well.., Take fish thts good for health...
