I need urgent help. My baby has red blood in his stool; from last 3days in small amounts but today evening their was more red. I have started solid like dal, khichdi (moong Dal , rice, jeera and badam all are rosted and grind) cerelec. Is food is the reason or something else. He pass stool 3 to 4 times in a day. But are saying he is theeting now... Plzz help me what may be the reason..

It may be infection or constipated stool.. please get thorough check up.. dont delay much..

Please take him to a paediatrician. It needs to be diagnosed
