Walking u can do . Daily 1 hr,; morning nd evening . Before startng any excercise talk with ur <u>doct</u>

U can walk. Keep it slow and don't push yourself if u feel uncomfortable at any point of time.

Yes u can walk etc.. before starting any exercise pls ask ur doctor..walk an exercise alone wont lead to normal delivery ...eat healthy...drink lots of water...

For normal delivery do kegels... they are beneficial...n massage your perianal region with coconut oil it has antibacterial and antiinflammatory properties...it will keep any infections at bay...as now the immune system is weak n infection is common...plus it will make the region elastic which is quite a help for normal delivery... sometimes epistomy can also be avoided...best of luck for ur upcoming bundle of joy...

U can walk and exercise...if there are no complications....just don't strain urself...do whatever you are comfortable with...i preferred hitting the pool..it evn helped in the backaches...
