Hello

I'm detected with dengue... I asked doctor about feeding...one doctor said yes I can breastfeed.... bt other one said no....bit confused....what should I do... breastfeed or not....coz my baby is 16 month old bt he can't sleep without having milk.... very much worried.... plz plz advice....need help
