Hello.. I'm in ma 27th weeks of pregnancy. In ma last monthly ultrasound report it says thr is a mild dilatation of pelvic calyceal system of both the foetal kidney which measures 7mm. I am very worried how da baby condition will be after birth. . Please suggest me wat will be da best treatment. Thank you.

ur doc will monitor the pelvis diameter. dont worry most likely it will resolve.

Renal pelvis dilatation (RPD) is the most common organ-specific fetal condition detected antenatally... it may resolve spontaneously by early infancy or have no adverse long-term sequelae.. once baby arrives, ask pedea for USG of newborn to ensure if any problem is there or not... at present it is not an issue.. relax and enjoy pregnancy..
