No its not true.. i didnt had any bed rest i was really very active during my pregnancy days.. still at the end i had a c section.<br>
It all depends on how your baby wants to come out 😊😊

It's not me it's my friend she had 3 miscarriages so she was advised bedrest now

No. It's not compulsory. Infact, not at all related. What is the reason of bed rest for you ?
